All this talk about walls and fences and making America a safer place is sitting heavy on my stomach as it churns and makes me sick. The visible anger on the faces of people and the misconceptions and lies being paraded around like a treat of candy on Halloween is enough to upset anyone only shockingly it does not seem to concern many at all. Most regions in America that are in favor for building a wall around our borders are located miles away from the border. They claim immigration is out of control but what is really known and reported about the problem and are the American citizens being told both sides of the story? We seem to be living in an age of quick fixes with no regard to the broader picture and in most cases the bigger pictures show great failures years down the road. During the Reagan era the Republican Party was trying to tear walls down and now the same party is trying to put them up and on our own soil. Read More...
